Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?

My mornings begin quietly—with prayer, reflection, and a few peaceful moments with my family. I prepare breakfast for them before heading to the restaurant. My evenings end the same way they begin: with gratitude, family time, and a heart full of joy after a day of doing what I love.

Do you have any awards or achievements you’ve earned?

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Fauget University, Paris (2014), a Certification in French Cuisine from Borcelle Academy, Lyon (2015), and an additional professional credential from the prestigious Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Beyond my training, one of my proudest achievements is successfully running Pleroma Cuisine and completing hundreds of corporate, private, and community catering events, establishing a trusted reputation for authentic African cuisine.

Do you have a favorite chef? What advice would you give to aspiring chefs?

I deeply admire Chef Dillis, a woman of excellence and creativity. To every aspiring chef, my message is simple: “Focus on the skills and the success will flow to you.”
