Who to reach, and for what
Every enquiry reaches a named person. If you are unsure where something belongs, send it to the editorial desk and we will route it.

Working with our editors
We receive announcements daily from hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise lines, tourism boards and the agencies representing them. There are two separate routes to our pages, and it is worth knowing which is which before you send anything.
Send your news and our editors will consider it like any other story. Coverage is free, editorially decided, and never guaranteed — most pitches are not commissioned. Specific, timely announcements with usable images do best.
Email editor@5reasonstovisit.com →If you want your announcement published to a schedule, we write it as an original travel story and publish it permanently. These are clearly disclosed as sponsored, and links to your site are tagged accordingly.
See how travel stories work →Where the line sits. A paid story buys placement, production and permanence — never a dishonest opinion, and never a ranking. Our editors write every word either way, we do not publish claims we cannot support, and every paid placement carries disclosure. That distinction is the reason our readers trust what they find here, and we do not blur it.
What we cover
- Hotels, resorts and inns — openings, reopenings, renovations, new suites, spa and wellness programmes.
- Restaurants and bars — openings, new executive chefs, menus, beverage programmes, awards.
- Airlines, airports and transport — new routes, cabins, lounges, rail and ferry services.
- Cruise lines — new ships, itineraries, refurbishments and home ports.
- Destinations and tourism boards — campaigns, attractions, festivals and visitor milestones.
- Attractions, wineries, spas and events — anything that changes what a traveler can do on the ground.
Before you send
- Lead with what changed and where — an editor decides in the first paragraph.
- Include the concrete facts: dates, room or seat counts, price points, location.
- Link high-resolution images you own or have rights to publish.
- Give us a named contact who can answer the same day, not a generic inbox.
- Tell us about any embargo or launch date so we can work to it.
