Kips Bay Decorator Show House Opening Day Preview
EXCLUSIVE: Taking place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, this exclusive preview offers guests the first opportunity to experience both homes before the Show House opens to the public on Wednesday, February 25 for a month-long run. The Opening Day Preview includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a gift bag, and a return ticket valid during General Admission days from February 25 through March 24, 2026.
Four preview sessions are offered (12:00–2:00 PM, 2:00–4:00 PM, 4:00–6:00 PM, and 6:00–8:00 PM), with tickets starting at $400 for Sessions 1 and 2 and $1,250 for Sessions 3 and 4. Individual and Bronze Benefactor tickets are not available for Sessions 3 and 4.
All guests must check in at 3410 North Flagler Drive before visiting either home. Valet parking will be available for Opening Day.
