Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
I normally wake up around 5, I'll slice ribeye and turkey, slice veggies finish smoking the pork shoulder for the day. I like to end my day with a cold beer, fishing on the Kenai River if there is time.

What do you typically cook at home?
Sandwiches of course, but also being from Alaska I like to cook a lot with freshly caught salmon, halibut and moose.
What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
Seasoned watermelon with traditional smoked brisket, it was amazing!
What drink do you enjoy most?
An Old Fashioned.
