Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
I usually wake up around 7:30 am and spend some time with my son and wife, then head out to work and make sure if the restaurant needs any product for the day.

At the end of night I will just go over the daily report and then head home.
Do you have any awards or achievements you’d like to mention?
My biggest achievement to this day has been having my son and starting a family.
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
My two favorite Chefs are Gordon Ramsey and Aaron Sanchez.

What do you typically cook at home for yourself or your family?
I usually do not cook at home, but when I do, I go all out.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
Mexican food seems to be trending right now and I believe it is because of all the amazing flavors, aromas and beautiful colors that the food consists of.

What’s that strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
Tacos de Sesos. Sounds disgusting, but they are delicious. If you don't know what sesos is, look it up then try it. You will not be disappointed. Hint: 🧠
What cocktail or beverage do you enjoy most?
My favorite cocktail is Ranch Water, which consists of tequila, mineral water or soda water, and lime juice.
Have you ever cooked for a celebrity? Do you have a story to tell?
I have never cooked for any celebrity.
