Ilma, the eagerly anticipated second ultra-luxury superyacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, will introduce 5 restaurants, 7 bars, and a wine vault. Slated to set sail on its maiden voyage in 2024, Ilma’s culinary highlights will include Seta su Ilma by Chef Fabio Trabocchi, modern Italian fine-dining, and the Beach House, with a Pan-Latin menu created in collaboration with Chef Michael Mina.
