Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
Well, first of course, we have to cook the rice in the morning about an hour before we open, and then turning on the water and heat up, heating the grill and then starting on side jobs. We end the day by doing lot of cleaning.

We got 2 rewards: Best of SLC of 2021 and 2022 finalists
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
Uncle and Grandma.
What do you typically cook at home for yourself or your family?
Asian food.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
Small pizza.
