Morning routine: A cup of espresso while watching the sunrise. End of day is usually spent watching my kids sporting events.

My dad. Every ingredient matters. Taste everything.

Have you ever tried a crazy food combination that just worked?
As a kid, one of my grandmas made lutefisk with potatoes and lots of butter for the holidays, and yes, I did.
What drink do you enjoy most?
A cold beer on a hot day, but I quit drinking.
