Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
Start the day, wake up, take our dog Nash out. Short trip to the commissary, take inventory make a grocery order if needed. End the day by winding down watching YouTube and hanging out with the family.
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
Favorite chef is Stalekracker (Justin Chiasson). I love Cajun food. Cook what you love.

We regularly cook for many music artists and actors being in Nashville, but our lips are sealed on the juicy stories.

What do you typically cook at home?
A lot of Southern food usually. Chicken and rice, collards, fried corn bread, fried okra, squash and zucchini, lima beans, zipper peas, fried pork chops. Typically, we don’t do a lot of dessert at home.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
I have NOT partaken… but I’m so intrigued and terrified by all these people ordering food from Facebook marketplace.

What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? AND did you like it?
Fried opossum and gravy. It was good… tastes like chicken.
What drink do you enjoy most?
The mango and peach from Franklin’s Fruit Tea.
