This food and wine fête celebrates French and French Polynesian cuisine with fine wines and an “Upside Down Menu” night at the resort’s Lagoon by Jean-Georges Restaurant where wines are selected with Xavier Thuizat and then served with "food pairings” curated by Chefs Campanella and Nguyen.
