Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
Me and my wife get up, she feeds our dog, we see our daughter off to college, and we head to work. Our night routine is simply us coming home, eating a good meal, and resting for the next day.
Do you have any awards or achievements you’d like to mention?
Not just yet!
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
My favorite would have to my late mother-in-law. She was the inspiration for all of this. I would tell them if you truly have a passion for the profession don't let anyone stop you and don't give yourself too many excuses.

What do you typically cook at home?
Honestly, by the time we get home we don't want to cook anything, thankfully we have two children that love to cook, so we tend to eat whatever they have made.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
We really don't follow trends, we just eat.
What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
I had a cheeseburger pizza, and yes I did like it.
What drink do you enjoy most?
Juice for me and green tea for my wife.
Have you ever cooked for a celebrity? Do you have a story to tell?
Right now we have not, but we hope our hidden gem gets out where we will.
