Step into Seaport Bostonnestled between Boston’s scenic waterfront and the historic Fort Point District, you’ll feel the energy shift to vibrancy. There’s a little more excitement, a little extra style and a sense that something interesting is just around the corner. And there is.

Seaport represents a newer, bolder side of Boston—like your most well-traveled, in-the-know friend, Seaport Boston is always up on the latest, down to try something new and guaranteed to look good through it all.

One Seaport

Comprised of two city blocks, situated on three-acres of the land in the heart of the neighborhood. One Seaport represents the highest concentration of retail space in the Seaport, offering a robust shopping, dining, fitness and entertainment experiences on the first three floors of two towers dubbed The Benjamin and The Via.

Centrally located between each tower is the One Seaport Courtyard, a pedestrian friendly courtyard that not only acts as a gathering space for residents and commuters alike, which hosts the iconic “Boston is the New Boston” mural and numerous community events.

Institute of Contemporary Art Boston

An influential forum for multi-disciplinary arts, the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston has been at the leading edge of art in Boston for 80 years. Diller Scofidio + Renfro designed the contemporary building to mirror the industrial cranes that load container ships nearby—within the museum, you’ll find a provocative collection of contemporary art and a longstanding dedication to serve the Boston community with stellar programming.

The ICA’s collection is anchored by remarkable work by 20th- and 21st-century women, including Louise Bourgeois, Doris Salcedo, and Eva Hesse, and like its iconic building on Boston’s waterfront, the ICA offers new ways of engaging with the world around us. The exhibitions and programs provide access to contemporary art, artists, and the creative process, to immerse yourself in the excitement of new art.

Harbor Way

Connection. Inspiration. Sustainability. This new one third mile audio installation at The Rocks at Harbor Way, created in partnership with PlantWave, transforms ordinary trees into master musicians. Using carefully placed electrodes, PlantWave measures the electrical variations of leaves and translates that data into sound. The Singing Trees come to life at The Rocks at Harbor Way through four distinct listening pockets situated around the park.

The Rocks at Harbor Way was named after the 250,000+ pounds of locally sourced boulders, also known as glacial erratics, otherwise known as rocks that ice once carried across vast stretches of land. that can now be found in the heart of Harbor Way. Ranging in size from teeny tiny to truly epic, erratics can help scientists understand the paths of prehistoric glaciers.
