Inspired by the stunning summer sunsets of Alaska, Crimson, the signature restaurant of the hotel, is under the expert guidance of Executive Chef La Mont Caldwell. This dining venue caters to both hotel patrons and local residents, offering meals daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The inventive menu features upscale interpretations of traditional Alaskan dishes, infused with a hint of Pan-American Latin influence, all set within a welcoming and cozy ambiance. Seasonal al fresco dining is offered on Crimson’s terrace, and small parties of up to 16 are welcome to book the private dining room. Additionally, the bar features a limited menu, and hotel guests can savor the distinctive culinary selections from the restaurant right in their rooms, available daily.
Canteen Coffee Co., situated in the lobby of The Wildbirch Hotel, presents a selection of unique products and souvenirs crafted by local artisans, in addition to a menu featuring espresso, coffee, fresh juices, and quick grab-and-go food options. Guests can access the venue via the hotel lobby or place orders at its convenient streetside walk-up window. This fall, The Undertap, developed in collaboration with the team from Anchorage's Midnight Sun Brewing Co., will open as a casual tasting room where craft beer lovers can enjoy an exclusive assortment of locally-brewed selections.
