Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
Me and my wife just had our first child. A little girl we named Nadia. So I wake up with her, feed her some breakfast and play a bit before jumping on some work emails, or getting in some excercise.
Do you have any awards or achievements you’d like to mention?
We have received a few different nominations for “best food truck” or “best roaming kitchen” in our local state.
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
Thomas Keller was always someone who I always looked up to. The attention to detail and the shear drive is admirable. My advice to aspiring chefs is too listen and watch those around you, those leading you. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the first few chefs I worked under that helped plant the seed.

What do you typically cook at home?
I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I love a great steak, with a nice pan sauce and mashed potatoes. My wife loves my pasta primavera with fresh vegetables. I like to hit the grocery store and feel the inspiration from the fresh produce and butcher counter.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
Smash Burgers!
What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
Peanut butter on a burger... No.
What drink do you enjoy most?
Sparkling water.

Adam Sandler ordered from the restaurant I was at one year. Nothing crazy to tell.
