The Jeddah EDITION in Saudi Arabia symbolizes the country's progress with a mix of cultures and new ideas. It redefines hospitality with gardens, tall palm trees, and unique design. This hotel by EDITION and Yabu Pushelberg features 52 rooms, 11 suites, Penthouses, a rooftop pool, spa, gym, lounges, and a restaurant curated by chef Cédric Vongerichten.

The Jeddah EDITION in Saudi Arabia is a luxurious urban resort located on the Jeddah Corniche by the Red Sea. It's near the Jeddah Art Promenade and a short drive from attractions like Al-Balad and The Red Sea Mall. The hotel's main restaurant, Maritime, offers a blend of French and Asian cuisine by chef Cédric Vongerichten, who is a top young chef recognized by Zagat. Chef Cédric has trained in famous kitchens worldwide, following in the footsteps of his renowned father, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Maritime restaurant serves Asian and Arabian fusion dishes, emphasizing spice for rich flavors.
