Toasting a leftover slice of pizza and turning it into a ray of breakfast pizza sunshine with eggs!
Do you have any awards or achievements you’d like to mention?
Best Pizza in Saint Louis (over 23 years we have been awarded “Best Pizza” by numerous local publications). I introduced Mama's Sugo Marinara in 2016 to the local grocery store and to the specialty market stores in Saint Louis!
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
My mother is my inspiration. Probably because she is an ocean of recipes that I am working hard to harness, before it's too late!

What do you typically cook at home?
I love to grill Italian Eggplant!
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
I love to visit Sicily in the summers and especially enjoy the Sicilian street food!
What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
Pistachio Pesto Pizza with Burrata Cheese and thin sliced Mortadella!
What drink do you enjoy most?
Our Italian Margarita with blanco tequila, Cointreau, Triple Sec, Amaretto, Sicilian cabernet, sour, and Gran Gala!
