The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón: First Look

Set within the lush inland landscape of Naples, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón is entering a bold new chapter, with a sweeping transformation set to begin in May 2026. Long regarded as one of Southwest Florida’s premier golf and leisure destinations, the resort—home to 36 holes of championship play—will remain fully open throughout the renovation, allowing guests to experience its evolution in real time. By Fall 2026, a fully reimagined property will emerge, blending refined design, elevated dining, and a deeper connection to its natural surroundings.

Leading the redesign is Parker Torres Design, the award-winning studio behind the recent transformation of its sister property, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. At Tiburón, their vision draws inspiration from the region’s tropical greenery and the protected landscapes of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Interiors will feature a soft, monochromatic palette that mirrors sun-washed shores and verdant wetlands, creating a seamless transition between indoor spaces and the surrounding environment. The result is a more serene, design-forward sanctuary—rooted in place yet unmistakably elevated.

At the heart of the transformation is a reimagined culinary program anchored by two new concepts. Palmera will serve as the resort’s vibrant social centerpiece—a light-filled grill celebrating Gulf Coast ingredients through seasonal dishes and craft cocktails that reflect the rhythm of local harvests. In contrast, Fenrose introduces a quieter, more refined atmosphere, blending Parisian café culture with subtle Art Deco detailing. From elegant French breakfast offerings to the all-day Café Fenrose market, the concept is designed to move effortlessly from morning ritual to midday pause.

Guest rooms and suites will be completely refreshed, embracing a lighter, more tactile design language that prioritizes comfort and calm. Soft finishes, tailored lighting, and private terraces overlooking lush fairways create a sense of retreat, while reimagined public spaces—from the lobby to corridors—will carry a cohesive, nature-inspired aesthetic throughout. The Club Lounge will also see enhancements, offering a more polished, intimate setting for guests to gather from morning through evening.

A standout addition to the property is Swaying Palm, a new 2,700-square-foot event space designed to elevate celebrations and gatherings. Framed by expansive golf course views, the venue will feature luminous finishes, curated lighting, and sculptural details inspired by the natural beauty of Naples—positioning it as a new focal point for weddings, events, and corporate retreats.

Even amid transformation, the resort’s signature experiences remain fully intact. Guests will continue to enjoy the Reservoir waterpark, championship golf at Tiburón Golf Club, and world-class instruction at the Mouratoglou Tennis Center, along with dining at the vibrant Latin-inspired restaurant Ría. Access to the beachfront amenities of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples further extends the experience, offering white-sand shores and oceanfront relaxation just moments away.

As it evolves, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón is not simply undergoing a renovation—it is redefining its identity. With a renewed focus on design, dining, and a deeper sense of place, the resort is poised to emerge as one of Florida’s most compelling inland luxury retreats—where golf, nature, and refined living come together in effortless harmony.
