Where did you grow up, and where have you traveled to that has helped inspire and shape your cooking philosophy?
I grew up in Peru and I have traveled to multiple places since I was a kid, and during my career. I have had the opportunity to visit many countries, and learn about their traditions and techniques. Every culture has taught me many skills and aptitudes which helped me prepare for every new chapter of this amazing career. It has been a pleasure for me to be able to visit incredible countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Brazil, Bahamas, Aruba, and Venezuela.
