The Château’s swoon-worthy summer soirées, ‘Les Estivales,’ are back for the third season in a row in the property’s luscious gardens, inviting guests to discover a delicious Provençal inspired buffet prepared by Executive Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, including a local abundance of rotisserie meats, cheeses, craft beers, fresh fruits and vegetables, and Niçoise delicacies, accompanied by sweet creations of Pastry Chef Tanya Colella. Live music by the Chris Cadillac Strolling Band will enliven the evening with vibrant energy and dynamic performances.
Celebrating art each year with a special exhibition, this season the hotel will feature English artist Georgia Tucker, who found inspiration in the beauty of Château Saint-Martin & Spa’s gardens, olive and cypress trees, and its bright colors and the majestic Baou des Blancs mountain. From this creative spark, she has created two custom stained-glass windows for the hotel in tones of blue, yellow, and green, displayed in two of the hotel’s arches, near the chapel. She will also exhibit a series of paintings reminiscent of summer’s colors on the Riviera, in addition to vases in the Château gallery.

‘Les Estivales’ will take place on select dates throughout the season: Thursday, June 6th, Friday, June 21st, and Thursdays, July 4th, July 18th, August 1st, August 15th, and August 29th, beginning at 7:30 pm. Rates at Château Saint Martin & Spa start from €990 (currently approx. $1,062) per night.
