The property includes 58 luxury condominiums spread across three new beachside residential buildings, as well as 95 luxury condominiums located in five golfside residential buildings overlooking The Gardens, a newly designed 18-hole golf course crafted by renowned golf architect Tom Fazio.
The resort’s ocean-view restaurant, The Merchant Room, is led by two-time James Beard Award winner Chef Gavin Kaysen. The menu highlights seasonal New American dishes with French flair, served indoors and outdoors. A local favorite and the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples, HB’s returns with a fresh look to welcome new guests. Named for Henry B. Watkins, founder of the original Naples Beach Hotel, it offers toes-in-the-sand dining with fresh local seafood, regional cuisine, and stunning water views.

The beloved and aptly named Sunset Bar is set to make a comeback, reestablishing itself as the premier spot in the city to witness nature’s breathtaking evening display. Featuring tropical cocktails and a Latin-inspired menu, the experience is elevated by sought-after outdoor seating and ample space for guests to enjoy the nightly celebration of Golden Hour.
