Tell us about what your morning routine looks like, and how you like to end your day?
I wake up around 8am. I cook or go out for breakfast, check my voicemail and emails for food truck bookings. After, I’ll start my work day such as prepping and setting up the food truck!
Do you have any awards or achievements you’d like to mention?
We won “BEST BBQ IN ATL” in 2019, and “BEST BURGER IN ATLANTA” in 2020 and 2023.
Do you have a favorite chef that you look up to and what advice would you give to aspiring chefs?
My favorite Chef is Bobby Flay. I love his work! For aspiring chefs my advice would be to be yourself, believe in yourself and your product. Be creative!

What do you typically cook at home?
My go-to meals at home are usually simple like baked or fried chicken, salmon, and different veggies.
What’s a food trend that you’re loving right now and why?
I love the Chopped Cheese trend! It is a New York City sandwich icon that originated in Harlem bodegas. They are delicious and fun to make. It is the most popular item on my menu.
What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever tried? And, did you like it?
The most strangest food combination I’ve tried was a hot dog with Kimchi on top and it was absolutely delicious.
What drink do you enjoy most?
I love a good margarita!
