This intimate collection of 27 contemporary homes spans 5,300 to 8,000 square feet and is characterized by refined architecture, clean lines, generous indoor-outdoor living, and a strong connection to Wellington’s equestrian lifestyle. The collaboration originated after Joe Farrell attended Holiday House’s White Party in the Hamptons; inspired by the event’s scale, vision, and philanthropic mission, he offered two residences for the Florida debut.
